Pricing questions, answered
- What counts as an envelope?
- One envelope is one send for signature — a single PDF or several documents bundled together, going to any number of signers. Drafts never count; an envelope only uses your monthly quota when you press Send.
- Can I change or cancel my plan later?
- Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from Plans & billing in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect straight away; downgrades and cancellations apply from the end of the current billing period, so you always keep what you've paid for.
- What happens when I reach my monthly envelope limit?
- New sends pause until your quota resets with the next billing month — nothing is deleted, envelopes already out keep collecting signatures, and completed documents stay available. You can also upgrade mid-month and continue immediately.
- Are documents signed with Siggy legally binding in Australia?
- Siggy is aligned with the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth): consent capture, signer attribution, a tamper-evident seal and a completion certificate with a full audit trail accompany every signed document.
- Where is my data hosted?
- Siggy is hosted in Australia. Your documents and your clients' details never leave infrastructure you can name to your own clients.
